摘要 汽车发动机中有一个关键的组成部分,就是排气歧管。随着可持续发展的理念越来越深入人心,节能环保的意识越来越成为时代主流,排气歧管的发展也面临着新的挑战。本文对目前国内外排气歧管的发展现状进行了综合分析,对国外先进经验进行了学习和探究,寻找到了排气歧管未来新的发展方向,同时,通过对耐高温不锈钢的充分应用,开发了一系列新型高端耐热性能,希望能够在未来的生产制造中帮助提升排气歧管的制造工艺性和精确性。 The exhaust manifold is a key part of automobile engine.With the concept of sustainable development more and more popular,the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection has become the mainstream of the times,and the development of exhaust manifold is also facing new challenges.In this paper,the development status of exhaust manifold at home and abroad is comprehensively analyzed,the advanced experience of foreign countries is studied and explored,and the new development direction of exhaust manifold in the future is found.At the same time,through the full application of high temperature resistant stainless steel,a series of new high-end heat resistance properties are developed,hoping to help improve the manufacturing of exhaust manifold in the future production and manufacturing Process and accuracy.
