摘要
共轨喷油器是高压共轨系统中最复杂的部件,共轨喷油器的结构参数对它的工作性能有很大的影响,甚至关系到整个共轨系统的工作性能,本文对影响共轨喷油器总成油量的关键参数进行研究,在以往仿真数据的基础上,通过一系列试验方案的设定和对比,真实的反应喷油器控制阀套进出油孔流量、进出油节流孔孔径、孔径比、控制柱塞直径、针阀密封座面直径、针阀弹簧预紧力等关键参数对喷油器总成油量的影响,并着重分析了产生影响的原因,研究结果为开发新型乃至更高压力的喷油器提供了依据。
Common rail injector is the most complex parts in a high pressure common rail system,the structural parameters of common rail injector has a great influence on its working performance,even relates to the performance of the common rail system,in this article,the impact on the injector quantity of common rail injector key parameters are studied,through a series of contrast experiments,analysis in and out of the oil injector orifice aperture,aperture ratio,flow coefficient,control plunger diameter,diameter of needle valve sealing seat surface,the needle valve spring pre-tightening force and other key parameters on the influence of the total amount of fuel injector,and emphatically analyzes the causes of influence,The results provide a basis for the development of new and even higher pressure injectors.
