影响气缸套内孔石墨裸露率因素的研究

气缸套是发动机关键零件之一,被称为发动机的心脏,而气缸套内孔表面的珩磨质量的高低直接决定了气缸套的性能。气缸套珩磨质量除了用内孔形位公差、线性化的支承率曲线(Rpk/Rk/Rvk等参数)和概率支承率曲线(Rpq/Rq/Rmq等参数)进行评价外,气缸套内孔珩磨石墨裸露率也是评价珩磨质量的另一个重要特征,目前越来越多的客户开始要求对石墨裸露率进行控制。
