玻纤粉添加量对感温变色水性涂料漆膜性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以杉木板为基材,以添加变色粉制成的感温可逆变色水性涂料为漆基,探究玻璃纤维粉体积分数对添加变色粉水性涂料性能的影响。测试漆膜的光学性能、力学性能及耐液性能,研究玻纤粉体积分数对漆膜自然冷却下温度变化的影响,以及时间对具有保温功效的漆膜变色性能的影响,并对其微观结构和组分进行分析,从而确定杉木表面添加变色粉的水性涂料漆膜综合性能最佳时玻纤粉的体积分数。结果表明:玻纤粉体积分数为0~22%的漆膜变色性能较好;当玻纤粉体积分数≥4%时,随着体积分数的增加,漆膜光泽度逐渐降低,玻纤粉体积分数为4%~16%的漆膜光泽度较好;玻纤粉体积分数对漆膜附着力、抗冲击力和耐液等级无影响;当玻纤粉体积分数为10%~30%时,漆膜的硬度较好;玻纤粉体积分数为16%的漆膜耐磨性较好。添加10%~30%玻纤粉的漆膜具有保温功效,添加4%玻纤粉的漆膜保温功效不太明显;具有保温功效的漆膜变色性能不受时间影响;随着玻纤粉体积分数的增加,漆膜柱状纤维团聚增多,玻纤粉体积分数为16%时漆膜微观结构最佳;添加不同体积分数玻纤粉的漆膜成分无差别。综合分析,玻纤粉体积分数为16%时杉木表面变色粉水性涂料漆膜综合性能最佳。 In this study,the effect of volume concentration of glass fiber powder on the properties of the waterborne coatings with color-changing powder was investigated by using Chinese fir board as a substrate material and temperature-sensitive reversible color-changing waterborne coatings with color-changing powder as a paint base.The optical properties,mechanical properties and liquid resistance of the paint film were tested.The effect of glass fiber powder volume concentration on temperature change of waterborne coatings with color-changing powder under natural cooling was investigated.The effect of time on the discoloration performance of paint film with heat preservation effect was tested.The microstructure and composition of the paint film were analyzed.The optimum volume concentration of glass fiber powder was determined when the comprehensive properties of the waterborne coating with color-changing powder on the Chinese fir surface presented the best.The results showed that the paint film with glass fiber powder volume concentration of 0-22%had better discoloration performance.When the volume concentration of glass fiber powder was higher than 4%,the gloss of the paint film decreased gradually with the increase of glass fiber powder volume concentration,and the paint film with 4%-16%glass fiber powder had the better gloss.The volume concentration of glass fiber powder had no effect on the adhesion,impact resistance and liquid resistance.When the volume concentration of glass fiber powder was 10%-30%,the film had the better hardness.The film with 16%glass fiber powder had the better wear resistance.The paint film with 10%-30%glass fiber powder had the heat preservation effect,while the paint film with 4%glass fiber powder had no obvious heat preservation effect.The discoloration performance of paint film with heat preservation effect was not affected by time.With the increase of glass fiber powder volume concentration,the agglomeration of columnar fibers of paint film increased,and when the volume concentration of glass fiber powder was 16%,the microstructure of paint film was the best.There was no difference in the composition of the paint film with different volume concentrations of glass fiber powder.Comprehensive analysis showed that,when the volume concentration of glass fiber powder was 16%,the waterborne coatings with color-changing powder had the best comprehensive performance.
