一种基于能量集中度的光学镜片分类方法

摘要 为了更有效地对光学镜片进行分类,使其应用于合适的工作环境,该文提出了一种基于能量集中度的光学镜片分类算法。该算法以采集的光学镜片所成的鉴别率图像为基础来提取该光学镜片的能量分布信息,通过能量信息求取白线条的能量集中度值,运用分块法和定标法求得不同单元和方向的黑白线的可分辨状况,并以此和对应线对的宽度来评估该镜片分辨率,进而达到光学镜片多用途分类的目的。对不同分辨率的光学镜片进行测试,结果表明:该算法能够以较高正确率将光学镜片按不同用途区分开来。 In order to classify the optical lenses more effectively and apply them to the suitable working environment,this paper proposes an algorithm of optical lens classification based on energy concentration.This algorithm extracts the energy distribution information of the optical lens based on the discrimination rate image of the optical lens.The energy concentration value of the white line is obtained by the energy information,and the distinguishable status of the black and white lines in different units and directions is obtained by the block method and the calibration method,and the resolution of the lens is evaluated by the width of the corresponding line pair,so as to achieve the purpose of multi-purpose classification of the optical lens.The test results of different resolution optical lenses show that the algorithm can distinguish optical lenses according to different purposes with high accuracy.
