摘要
为了加深学生对激光阈值以及相干性的理解,该文提出了一种基于单个光电探测器测量二阶关联函数,进而表征激光相干性的创新实验方案设计。实验结合激光原理以及光子统计学等专业知识,使学生通过理论学习、实验设计以及结果分析,掌握二阶关联函数的测量方法,理解激光激射机制以及相干性能演变过程,进而培养学生理解物理机理、MATLAB编程以及分析问题解决问题的能力。
In order to help students fully understand the lasing threshold and coherence of the lasers,an innovative experimental design on measurement of second-order correlation function based on single photodetector is proposed,which can be used to characterize the evolution of laser coherence with pump current.This experiment combines the professional knowledge of laser principle and photon statistics,so that students can master the measurement method of the second-order correlation function,understand the laser lasing mechanism and the evolution process of coherent performance through theoretical study,experimental design and result analysis,and then cultivate students’ability to understand the physical mechanism and MATLAB programming and ability to analyze and solve problems.
