摘要
对近两年来已熔断的不同使用寿命的钨灯丝进行对比总结,发现在有效长度基本一致的情况下,使用寿命长的钨灯丝发叉处的夹角比使用寿命短的大;而且相比未使用的钨灯丝的微观形貌,使用后的钨灯丝的表面产生了很多褶皱。结合多年来的管理和维护实践,提出了台式扫描电子显微镜延长钨灯丝使用寿命的方法,对提高扫描电子显微镜的开放共享具有借鉴意义。
The tungsten filament with different service life which has been fused in recent two years is compared and summarized and it is found that the angle at the fork of tungsten filament with long service life is larger than that with short service life when the effective length is basically the same.Compared with the micro morphology of the unused tungsten filament,there are many wrinkles on the surface of the used tungsten filament.Based on the management and maintenance practice for many years,the method of prolonging the service life of tungsten filament by the desktop scanning electron microscope is put forward,which can be used for reference to improve the open sharing of the scanning electron microscope.
