摘要
为实现精密机床传动链误差测量和分析,研发了精密机床传动链误差测量实验平台。硬件系统由圆光栅编码器、细分盒、FPGA数字信号采集卡和计算机组成。软件系统基于LabVIEW设计,包括FPGA计数程序和数据采集处理程序,实现误差采集、分析、处理及图形化显示等实验功能。基于该平台,开展精密滚齿机传动链误差测量实验教学,培养学生的创新思维能力和工程实践能力。
To measure and analyze transmission chain error of precision machine tools,an experimental platform for measuring transmission chain error of precision machine tools is developed.The hardware system consists of circular grating encoders,subdivision boxes,FPGA based digital signal acquisition card and personal computer.The software system is designed based on LabVIEW.It contains a FPGA based count program and a data acquisition and processing program,which can achieve multiple experimental functions,such as acquisition,analysis,processing and graphical display of the transmission chain error.Based on this platform,the experimental teaching of transmission chain error measurement of precision gear hobbing machine can be carried out,and the students’innovative thinking ability and engineering practice ability can be trained.
