摘要 为解决传统轧制原理实验教学中设备投入费用高、数量不足、实验时间有限等问题,以实验内容与实验设备为依据,设计并开发轧制原理虚拟仿真实验系统。该系统具有实验目的、实验原理、实验设备、操作练习、实验考核5个功能,完整再现轧制原理实验教学过程,并通过考核功能对实验效果进行评价,能够开展大规模实验教学,有效提高实验效率和效果。 To solve the problems of high equipment investment cost,insufficient quantity and experimental time limitation in the traditional rolling principle experiment teaching,a virtual simulation experiment system for rolling principle is designed and developed based on the experimental content and equipment.This system includes 5 functions such as experimental purpose,experimental principle,experimental equipment,operation practice and experimental assessment to completely reproduce the experimental process of rolling principle,and evaluates the experimental effect by the assessment function.This system can carry out large-scale experimental teaching and effectively improve experimental efficiency and effectiveness.
