基于模拟仿真的太阳能电池制备实验教学创新

摘要 针对太阳能电池制备工艺课程实验性和应用性强的特点,设计了基于PV Factory软件的仿真实验教学方法。以工业上常规的铝背场p型电池片为例,给出了实验教学的实践过程。该实验方法简单明了,可操作性强。学生无需进入存有危险化学品的实验室,就能对实际电池片的制造工艺有所了解,且方便学生在课余时间开展实验,缓解教学资源不足的问题。该实验教学方法还弥补了普通实验教学中知识点不连贯的问题,通过把分散的制备工艺步骤整合到一个实验中,使整个制备工艺知识点串接起来,促进了学生对各知识点的融会贯通。通过对表征数据的分析以及对工艺参数的优化,还能提高学生发现问题、解决问题的能力。 According to the characteristics of the solar cell preparation technology course,the simulation experiment teaching method based on PV Factory software is designed.By taking the conventional aluminum back field p-type battery in industry as an example,the practical process of experimental teaching is presented.This experimental method is simple and easy to operate.Students can have a deep understanding of the solar cell preparation process without entering the laboratory with dangerous chemicals,which is convenient for students to practice in their spare time,and also solves the problem of insufficient experimental teaching resources in some universities.At the same time,the experimental teaching method also makes up for the isolation of knowledge points in the general experimental teaching,integrates the scattered preparation process steps in the course into one experiment,and connects the whole preparation process knowledge points in series,so that the students can obtain a comprehensive understanding.Through the analysis of characterization data and continuous optimization of process parameters,students can improve their analysis skill and ability to solve the problems.
