摘要 该文将科研成果引入本科生教学,设计了带电滑槽消除粉体输送产生静电的实验项目。通过对带电滑槽装置的设计及实验,加强学生对粉体学、静电学及机械学科知识的交叉融合能力;通过整个实验过程,培养学生科学研究素养、创新思维及创新能力。该实验与实际生产联系紧密,实验原理及实验操作简便易行,适合作为本科生的创新型实验项目。 The scientific research results are introduced into undergraduate teaching,and an experimental project is designed to eliminate the static electricity generated by wheat flour transportation by electrified chute.Through the design and experiment of the charged chute device,the students’ability of cross integration of wheat flour science,electrostatics and mechanical knowledge is strengthened.The experiment is closely related to the actual production,and the experiment principle and operation are simple and easy.It is suitable for the undergraduate innovative experiment project.
