论述了工会工作在小微企业中的作用,分析了目前小微企业工会工作存在的领导认识不够、组织不健全及上级组织欠关心等主要问题;提出了管理者必须提高认识、必须健全工会组织、工会干部必须有素质、上级组织必须关心几个对策,供小微企业管理者和工会工作者们参考。

This paper discusses the role of trade union work in small micro-enterprises,analyzes the main problems such as insufficient leadership awareness,unsound organization and lack of concern of higher-level organizations in the current trade union work of small micro-enterprises,and puts forward several countermeasures that managers must raise aw areness,must improve trade union organizations,trade union cadres must have quality,and higher-level organizations must be concerned about,and should be used for reference by small micro-enterprise managers and trade union workers.
