伴随着互联网的高速发展,外卖行业的需求量大幅度上升。文章以扬州市第三方网络外卖平台运行过程中所存在的食品安全监管问题为例,研究互联网背景下,第三方外卖平台在食品安全监管问题中所应承担的责任,它所存在的问题,以及产生这些问题的原因,并最终给出合理的解决方案,以期形成一个良好的网络食品安全生态。

With the high-speed development of internet,the demand in the food delivery industry has soared.This article takes the problems of food safety supervision in Yangzhou's third-party online delivery platforms as an example,researching the responsibilities that the third-party online delivery platform should assume in food safety supervision,its existing problems,and the causes of these problems,and finally gives reasonable solutions in order to establish a good online food safety ecology.
