摘要
随着大众生活水平的不断提高,美食旅游消费已成为拉动旅游经济发展的重要途径,研究美食旅游发展对于当地旅游资源的开发,以及文化的传播具有重要作用。以扬州为例,通过实地走访扬州市旅游商贸局、餐饮龙头公司、文旅相关协会、开设餐饮相关专业的学校等,收集和整理相关数据信息,探究扬州市美食旅游的优势和劣势。通过调研,提出了要不断加大创新力度,提升食材广泛性,重视美食展陈,提高美食商品附加值,同时融合旅游要素,加大美食旅游开发力度。
With the continuous improvement of the living standards of the masses,the consumption of food tourism has become an important way to promote the development of tourism economy.Research on the development of food tourism plays an important role in the development of local tourism resources and the spread of culture.Taking Yangzhou as an example,through the visits to Yangzhou Tourism and Trade Bureau,catering leading companies,cultural and travel related associations,and schools offering catering-related majors,collect and organize relevant data and information to explore the advantages and disadvantages of Yangzhou's gourmet tourism.Through the research,it is proposed to continuously increase innovation,increase the breadth of ingredients,pay attention to food exhibitions,increase the added value of food products,and at the same time integrate tourism elements and increase the development of food tourism.
