Research on the operating mode and efficiency of internal capital market under diversification strategy

伴随着经济的全球化,企业多元化发展逐渐成为市场主流。面对外部融资的局限性,企业为满足自身的资金需求,需要寻求更加长期稳定的资本模式,“内部资本市场”随之产生,并逐步成为集团企业的主要资本来源。文章首先探讨内部资本市场的功能及优势,其次从多元化视角下探讨企业内部资本市场运行方式及效率,最后提出相应建议,从而完善我国内部资本市场。

With the globalization of economy,the diversification of enterprises has gradually become the mainstream of the market.Facing the limitation of external financing,enterprises need to seek a more long-term and stable capital pattern in order to meet their capital demand,so“internal capital market”comes into being and gradually becomes the main capital source of group enterprises.Firstly,this paper discusses the functions and advantages of the internal capital market.Secondly,this paper discusses the operation mode and efficiency of the internal capital market from the perspective of diversification,and finally puts forward some corresponding suggestions to perfect the internal capital market of our country.
