With the rapid development of China's economy,how to use emerging technologies to optimize and upgrade the financial management of enterprises to achieve high quality and efficiency is the core of enterprise development.The emergence of financial sharing center has solved this problem and has been widely used.Based on the practice of Baosteel Group's financial sharing mode,this paper deep-ly analyzes the great advantages of this mode in reducing costs,improving efficiency and promoting the development of core business.In view of the problems of poor compatibility and high risk control requirements,the paper puts forward suggestions on perfecting information system,paying attention to operation process and improv ing information transparency.
