浅析大学生创新创业与财务管理

Analysis of college students'innovation and financial management

在日益严峻的就业形势下,大学生创业成为新型就业方式,但当前大学生创业又面临着诸多问题,财务管理的问题尤为突出。文章基于大学生创业现状,分析大学生创业过程中存在的财务管理问题,如财务管理体系不健全、财务风险意识薄弱、融资困难、营运资金管控不合理等问题,提出提升大学生财务管理能力的途径,即加强财务管理基础知识的学习、开展财务管理仿真训练、参加创新创业竞赛、加强校内外互联互通。在政府、高校、大学生三者共同努力下,加强对财务管理的引导,助力于大学生创新创业指导。

Under the increasingly severe employment situation,college students'entrepreneurship has become a new employment mode,but at present college students'entrepreneurship is facing many problems,especially financial management.Based on the current situation of college students'entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes the financial management problems existing in the process of college students'entrepreneurship,such as unsound financial management system,weak financial risk awareness,difficult financing,unreasonable working capital control and other issues,and proposes ways to improve college students'financial management ability,namely,strengthening the study of basic knowledge of financial management,carrying out financial management simulation training,participating in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,and strengthening internal and external connectivity.Under the joint efforts of the government,universities and college students,we should strengthen the guidance of financial management and help college students to innovate and start their own businesses.
