我国绿色金融产品创新探究

Research on the innovation of China's green financial products

当前我国绿色产业方兴未艾,财政资金远不能满足产业需求,企业的资金供给也时有不足,因此亟须进行产品创新来调动市场力量供给绿色资金。目前绿色金融产品在创新发展过程中还存在着支持体系不完全、绿色金融市场建设不到位以及创新动力不足等方面的制约因素。基于此,提出促进绿色金融产品创新的四点建议:完善政策支持体系;明确监管责任;探索多种产品形式;培育专业队伍。

At present,the green industry in our country is in the ascendant and the funds that can be provided by the government can not meet the needs of the industry,and the supply of funds enterprises provide themselves is not always in place.There is an urgent need for product innovation to mobilize market forces to supply green funds.This paper argues that in the process of innovation and development of green financial products,there are still restrictive factors such as incomplete support system,inadequate construction of green financial market,and insufficient innovation motivation.Based on the above conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the innovation of green financial products:improving the policy support system,clarifying the responsibilities of supervision,exploring various product forms and cultivating professional teams.
