全国PPP污水处理项目分布影响因素研究

Research on influencing factors of the national PPP wastewater treatment projects distribution

目前我国PPP污水处理项目存在地区分布不平衡等问题,文章把污水处理问题和2016-2017年的PPP项目相结合,采用目前在污水处理领域少用的实证分析方法,对比展示我国22个省份这两年PPP污水处理项目的现状。文章探讨基于我国22个省份2016~2017年的PPP污水处理项目的金额与其他因素之间的相关性。研究结果将对PPP项目申报与审批提供指导,进而使PPP污水处理项目投向的地区更加准确化,合理分配PPP污水处理项目资源。

At present,National PPP wastewater treatment projects have problems such as unbalanced regional distribution.This article combines wastewater treatment problems with PPP projects in 2016~2017 to compare and demonstrate the current status of 22 provinces PPP wastewater treatment problems,and the article uses special empirical analysis method that former researchers less used.This article will explore the correlation between the amount of PPP wastewater treatment projects and other factors based on 22 provinces.The research results will provide guidance for PPP project approval and local application decision-making,so as to make the PPP sewage treatment project investment more accurate,and rationally allocate PPP sewage treatment project resources.
