The Construction and Practice of Internet Hospital in Jiangsu Province Hospital

目的:为了更好地提供患者服务,依托互联网技术,打造互联网医院线上诊疗服务。方法:以线下实体医院的医疗资源为支撑,线上虚拟院区为入口,提供预约挂号、图文咨询、视频问诊、智能医嘱、检查检验预约和药事配送等服务。结果:互联网医院的就医流程不仅缓解了患者就医难的问题,也降低了患者就医成本,提高医院服务质量和水平。结论:互联网+医疗的变革是大势所趋,终其根本是医患服务模式的变革。

Objective:In order to provide better patient service,relying on Internet technology,we plan to create Internet hospital to provide online diagnosis and treatment services.Methods:Supported by the offline hospital medical resources and the entrance of online virtual hospitals,Internet hospital provides appointment registration,graphic and text consultation,video consultation,intelligent doctor’s advice,inspection and examination appointment and pharmaceutical distribution.Results:The medical treatment process of Internet hospital not only alleviates the difficulty of patients medical treatment,but also reduces the cost of patients medical treatment,and improves the quality and level of hospital service.Conclusion:The transformation of"Internet+medical"service mode is the trend of the times,and ultimately is the transformation of the doctor-patient service mode.
