国家药品和医疗服务价格监测信息系统接口的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Interface of the National Drug and Medical Service Price Monitoring Information System

目的:根据《国家卫生计生委办公厅关于做好国家药品和医疗服务价格监测信息系统建设工作的通知》(国卫办财务函〔2018〕170号)的要求,天津市宝坻区人民医院作为天津市首批样本医院,完成国家药品和医疗服务价格监测信息系统的数据上传工作。方法:数据上传系统通过调用监测信息系统提供的标准WebService接口,上传医院业务数据到监测信息系统。结果:按时完成了监测信息系统要求的数据上传工作。结论:数据上传系统部署简单,操作容易,可以及时准确地自动采集和上传数据,完成医院业务数据上传工作。

Objective:According to the requirements Notice of the General Office of the National Health and Family Planning Commission on the Construction of the National Drug and Medical Service Price Monitoring Information System,our hospital,as one of the first sample hospitals in Tianjin,completed the data upload of the national drug and medical service price monitoring information system.Methods:The data upload system uploads the hospital business data to the monitoring information system by calling the standard WebService interface provided by the monitoring information system.Results:The data upload required by the monitoring information system was completed on time.Conclusion:The data upload system is simple to deploy and easy to operate.It can automatically collect and upload data timely and accurately,and complete the work of uploading hospital business data.
