目的:优化并完善电子会诊系统功能和流程,实现院内会诊全流程信息化管理。方法:针对现有院内电子会诊系统存在的问题,以医院需求为导向,分析设计解决方案。结果:优化并完善了电子会诊各环节功能,通过数字签名技术的引入,解决了电子会诊的法律效力问题。结论:基于数字签名的院内会诊系统确保了电子会诊内容和行为的合法性,规范了医疗行为,提高了会诊效率,提升了医院管理水平。

Objective:Optimize and improve the functions and processes of the electronic consultation system,realize the information management of the whole process of hospital consultation.Methods:Analyzes the problems of the hospital electronic consultation system,oriented by hospital needs,designs the solution of the problems.Results:Optimized and improved the functions of all aspects of electronic consultation,solved the legal effect of electronic consultation through the digital signature technology.Conclusion:The digital signature based hospital consultation system ensured the legitimacy of the content and behavior of electronic consultation,standardized medical behavior,and improved the efficiency of consultation and the hospital management.
