目的:通过信息化手段实现临床输血业务流程的全闭环管理。方法:基于ISO 15189评审的要求,结合医院实际情况对输血工作流程进行再造,建设输血闭环管理系统,并与其他系统通过集成平台实现数据共享。结果:通过该系统实现了对输血流程每个环节的监督和管理,做到责任可追溯。结论:输血闭环管理系统可以有效地对临床输血进行监管,规范医护人员的操作,确保输血的合理性和安全性。

Objective:To achieve the closed-loop management of clinical blood transfusion process by information technology.Methods:Reengineering the blood transfusion workflow based on the requirements ISO 15189 evaluation and the actual situation of hospital,building the blood transfusion closed-loop management system and realize data sharing with other systems through integrated platform.Results:Through this system,the supervision and management of each link of the blood transfusion process are realized,and the responsibility can be traced back.Conclusion:The blood transfusion closed-loop management system can effectively supervise clinical blood transfusion,standardize the operation of medical staff,and ensure the rationality and safety of blood transfusion.
