摘要
目的:通过实施基于统一支付协同平台的自助服务系统,构建医院自助一体化的服务平台,改善患者就医体验。方法:采用统一支付协同平台的统一管理模式,打通自助服务系统、银行系统、医保系统,重新定义和构建一体化自助服务平台。结果:一体化自助服务平台优化了门诊住院就诊全流程,提高医院整体工作效率,提升患者就医体验。结论:基于统一支付协同平台构建自助服务系统能有效缩短患者就诊过程中的等候时间,是便民惠民服务的有效措施。
Objective:To construct an integrated self-service platform by implementing self-service system based on unified payment collaboration platform and to improve patients’medical experience.Methods:The unified management mode of the unified payment cooperation platform was adopted,through which the self-service system,banking system and medical insurance system were connected,and the integrated self-service platform was redefined and constructed.Results:The integrated self-service platform optimizes the whole process of outpatient and inpatient visits,improves the overall efficiency of hospital,and enhances the experience of patients.Conclusion:Building self-service system based on unified payment cooperation platform can effectively shorten the nonmedical time of patients in the process of consultation,and is an effective measure to improve medical service.
