Overview of the Gamification System in the Field of Mobile Health

摘要 目的:系统综述移动健康领域中游戏化的研究进展。方法:检索WebofScience等数据库,根据纳入排除标准筛选文献并分析。结果:纳入文献28篇,发文量逐年上升,主要集中在欧美等发达国家,大多以自我决定理论为理论视角,内容以设计开发和案例分析为主,运动健身为主要研究主题。结论:应充分考虑不同用户群体的特征差异,注重各游戏元素之间的组合,深入研究动机与行为之间的效用关系。 Objective:To systematically reviews the research progress of gamification in the field of mobile health.Methods:This study systematically retrieves databases such as Web of Science,screened documents according to inclusion criteria,and systematically analyzes them.Results:28 articles were included.The number of publications has increased per year,mainly concentrated in developed countries such as Europe and the United States.Most of them used self-determination theory as the theoretical perspective.The content is mainly based on design development and case analysis.Sports fitness is the main research topic.Conclusion:Future research should fully consider the characteristics of different users,pay attention to the combination of various game elements,and deeply study the utility relationship between motivation and behavior.
