基于Web技术的护理临床教学管理系统在胃肠外科护理实习教学中的应用

Application of Nursing Clinical Teaching Management System Based on Web Technology in the Nursing Practice Teaching of Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的:分析基于Web技术的护理临床教学管理系统在胃肠外科护理实习教学中的应用成效。方法:选取我院护理实习生(护生)100名,按照实习时间分为两组,研究组50名使用基于Web技术的护理临床教学管理系统进行教学管理,对照组50名按照传统的教学方法进行管理,对比两组教学效果。结果:实习后,研究组理论知识、操作及专科技能考试成绩、执行资格考试通过率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组实习能力总分及各条目评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组护生对带教老师教学水平的评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于Web技术的护理临床教学管理系统能有效提高实习护生临床实践能力,促进临床带教老师教学水平的提升。

Objective:To explore the application effect of System of Nursing Clinical Teaching Management Based on Web Technology in clinical Nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:A total of 100 undergraduate clinical nursing interns of our Hospital were divided into two group according to the time of practice,the study group(n=50)used the System of Nursing Clinical Teaching Management Based on Web Technology for teaching management,while the control group(n=50)was managed according to the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After practice,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operation and professional skills,passing rate of the executive qualification examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total score of practice ability and the scores of each item in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);the evaluation of the teaching level of the nursing students in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The system of Nursing Clinical Teaching Management Based on Web Technology can effectively improve clinical practice ability of nursing interns,and promote the teaching level of clinical teaching teachers.
