单病种护理健康教育联合多媒体在老年内科的应用效果

Application Effect of the Single Disease Nursing Health Education Combined with Multimedia in Geriatric Internal Medicine

目的:分析单病种护理健康教育联合多媒体在老年内科中的应用效果。方法:收集2017年1—6月来科室就诊的患者494例,按照单双月住院顺序分为两组,单月住院的患者为对照组,双月住院的患者为实验组。对照组采用传统健康宣教方法。实验组在常规教育的基础上,进行单病种健康教育课堂。对比两组患者及家属健康知识掌握程度、住院满意度和专科疾病知晓率。结果:两组患者及家属健康知识掌握程度、住院满意度比较及专科疾病知晓率比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:单病种多媒体健康教育形式,有效地提高了患者和家属对疾病知识的掌握及护理满意度,降低了护理不良事件的发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of single disease nursing health education combined with multimedia in geriatric medicine.Methods:494 patients were collected in January to June 2017.They were divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization in single and double months.The patients hospitalized in one month were the control group,and the patients hospitalized in two months were the experimental group.The control group used traditional health education methods,and the experimental group single disease nursing health education combined with multimedia was adopted.Compare two groups of patients and their families’health knowledge,hospitalization satisfaction and specialist disease awareness.Results:There were significant differences in the degree of health knowledge,hospitalization satisfaction and the awareness rate of specialist diseases between the two groups of patients and their families(P<0.05).Conclusion:The single-disease multimedia health education form effectively improved the patient’s and family’s knowledge of disease and satisfaction with nursing,and reduced the incidence of nursing adverse events.
