高新技术企业突变式创新绩效研究——基于关系学习理论视角 被引量:6

A Study on Radical Innovation Performance in High Technology Firms——Based on Relationship Learning Theory Perspective

摘要 改革创新对企业高质量发展至关重要。本文基于关系学习理论,对245家高新技术企业进行问卷调查,探究企业与合作伙伴间关系学习(共享信息、共同理解及特定关系记忆)对突变式创新绩效的作用。研究表明,关系学习提高突变式创新绩效;技术和市场知识转移中介以上关系;共享信息对市场知识转移的正向影响较强;共同理解对技术知识转移的促进作用更强;环境不确定性,特别是极端环境,给关系学习带来较大机遇和挑战。鉴于此,管理者在技术环境不确定性增大时,可与合作伙伴共享信息和建立特定关系记忆,获取市场知识;在市场不确定性较大时,应与合作伙伴建立共同理解,获取技术知识,提高突变创新绩效。 Innovation is crucial to firm’s sustainability.This study investigates how relationship learning influences radical innovation performance.The results indicate that relationship learning positively influences radical innovation performance.Market and technical knowledge transfer mediate the above relationship.Environmental uncertainty moderates the above mediating effects.When facing technical environment uncertainty,firms should foster market knowledge transfer by information sharing and relationship specific memory.When facing market uncertainty,firms should foster technical knowledge transfer by joint sense-making.
