甲病毒受体研究进展

Research Advances in Alphavirus Receptors

甲病毒(Alphavirus)是家畜和人类的重要病原体,感染后虽未危及生命,但可引发慢性疾病,如关节炎、关节痛和斑丘疹等。尽管已开展多年的研究,但甲病毒的侵染机理和宿主抗病毒机制尚未清楚,亦未研制出有效的疫苗和抗病毒药物。目前研究发现,甲病毒受体有Mxra8分子、抗性相关巨噬细胞蛋白、抑制素、α1β1整合素、层粘连蛋白受体、TIM家族等。本文就已知甲病毒受体及其与病毒相互作用进行总结概述,以期为甲病毒致病机理的深入研究及其所致疾病的预防控制提供新的思路。

Alphavirus is an important pathogen in livestock and humans. Although it is not life-threatening after infection,it can cause chronic diseases such as arthritis,joint pain and maculopapular rash. Despite years of research,the mechanism of infection of the alphavirus and the antiviral mechanism of the host are incompletely understood,and efficacious vaccines/antiviral drugs have not been developed. Our research team found that the alphavirus receptor has a Mxra8 molecule,a resistance-related macrophage protein,inhibin,α1β1 integrin,laminin receptor,and TIM family. This review article summarizes the known alphavirus receptors and their interactions with viruses. Our summary may provide new ideas for in-depth studies of the pathogenic mechanism of alphavirus and prevention of its propagation.
