摘要
设计了一项从分子层面阐述表面活性剂在固液界面吸附行为的研究型物理化学实验,包括Tafel曲线的测量、吸附模型的拟合、量子化学及分子动力学计算等内容。该实验是电化学、表面化学、热力学、结构化学等理论知识的综合应用,将实验技能、科研思维和研究方法融入实验教学中,突出实验项目的研究性和前沿性,激发学生的创新思维和科研兴趣。
A research-type physical chemistry experiment is designed to elucidate the adsorption behavior of surfactants at solid-liquid interface from the molecular level, including the measurement of Tafel curve, the fitting of adsorption model, the calculation of quantum chemistry and molecular dynamics. This experiment is a comprehensive application of the theoretical knowledge of electrochemistry, surface chemistry, thermodynamics and structural chemistry. This experiment integrates experimental skills, scientific research thinking and research methods into experimental teaching, highlighting the research and frontier nature of experimental projects, and stimulating students’ innovative thinking and interest in scientific research.
