摘要 行星齿轮传动系统由于自身传递特性优点,广泛用于各种大型旋转设备领域,尤其是航空航天、船舶、风力发电等设备,但其运行条件复杂,因此一旦发生故障将会产生严重的后果。快速准确对行星齿轮平台不同位置故障进行诊断,是一个重要的研究方向。因此本文结合科研项目及研究生课程"机械振动""转子动力学"的内容,设计了一种行星齿轮教学实验平台,可用于行星齿轮不同位置故障诊断研究工作和研究生教学工作。通过对实验平台的行星轮、太阳轮、内齿圈故障及无故障情况下的振动信号进行时域和频域的对比分析,得到了比较理想的结果,从而验证了设备能很好地用于科研及教学工作。 Due to the transmission characteristics, planetary gear transmission systems are widely used in various large-scale rotating equipment fields, especially for aerospace, marine, wind power generation and other equipment. However, its operating conditions are complex, so there will be serious consequences once failure occurs. It is an important research direction to quickly and accurately diagnose faults in different positions of the planetary gear platform. Therefore, based on the contents of scientific research projects and graduate courses "Mechanical vibration" and "Rotor dynamics", a set of planetary gear teaching experiment platform has been designed, which can be used for fault diagnosis research work at different positions and teaching for graduate students. By comparing and processing the time-domain and frequency-domain signals of the planetary gear, sun gear, internal ring gear and fault-free signals collected from the experimental platform, ideal results are obtained, thus verifying the effectiveness of the equipment in scientific research and teaching.
