摘要
结合国内某大跨径公铁两用斜拉桥钢桥面热拌环氧沥青铺装项目,首先采用黏度试验和拉伸试验研究了国产热拌环氧沥青胶结料的黏时曲线和A/B比例的影响,然后采用马歇尔试验和小梁弯曲试验,进一步研究了国产热拌环氧沥青混合料的容留时间、A/B比例、超温拌和的影响及强度发展规律。研究表明:国产热拌环氧沥青的容留时间可达3.5 h,更加适合于现场使用;施工过程中应严格控制拌和温度在190℃以内、严格控制A/B的比例误差在5%以内;建议在5~10月进行施工以缩短养生周期。
Using domestic hot-mix epoxy asphalt in one steel deck bridge pavement,the viscosity test and tensile test were employed to analysis the viscosity-time curve and the proportional error of A/B of domestic hot-mix epoxy asphalt binder,then Marshall test and three-point bending test were employed to analysis the duration time,the proportional error of A/B,overtemperature mixing and strength development of domestic hot-mix epoxy asphalt concrete.Study showed that the duration time of domestic hot-mix epoxy asphalt concrete was 3.5 h,which was more suitable for field application.In construction process,the mixing temperature should be strictly controlled within 190℃,and the proportional error of A/B should be strictly controlled within 5%.It is suggested that construction should be carried out from May to October to shorten the curing time.
