摘要
斜拉桥钢塔锚固区是连接斜拉索和桥塔的关键部位,该部位采用钢锚管结构,可以把巨大的斜拉索索力有效传递到桥塔中。现以某斜拉桥为背景,建立锚管式钢索塔锚固区空间板壳有限元模型,并对其进行分析研究。结果表明,锚固区内板件应力分布不均匀,承压板以及钢套管近锚头端的应力集中程度高,但高应力水平区域范围较小,应力扩散较快;钢套管与加劲板之间的焊缝应力需要计入桥塔整体变形的影响;塔壁承受面外荷载,但总体应力水平较低。
The anchor zone of steel tower is the key part connecting the cable and tower of cable-stayed bridge.Based on a cable-stayed bridge,a finite element model of space plate and shell in anchorage zone of anchor tube steel tower was established and analyzed.The results showed that the stress distribution in the anchorage zone was not uniform,the stress concentration of the bearing plate and the steel casing near the anchor head was high,but the area with high stress level was small and the stress diffusion could be fast.The weld stress between steel casing and stiffening plate should be considered as the influence of the overall deformation of bridge tower.The tower wall was subject to the external load,but the overall stress level was low.
