This article combs through and analyzes thoughts and works of the renowned anthropologist Daniel Miller,with particular focus on his cutting-edge explorations in the field of digital anthropology.Miller proposes that given digital technologies are greatly influencing the developing patters of human society,collective efforts should he paid to how to establish a holistic conceptual framework where various human behaviors and cultures could be interpreted properly.He thus points out that digital anthropology should inherit the academic trarlition of classic anthropology and provide thorough interpretation of human nature in the digital age.
