摘要
基特勒早期并不是一位媒介学者,其学术思想经历过一次媒介转向,后诠释批评为理解这种转向提供了一条思想线索。基特勒摧毁了诠释学的历史必然性,指出了其“有限性”所在,在后结构主义思想的基础上,基特勒开启了后诠释批评。后诠释批评批评由“外部性”“媒介性”“肉身性”这三个基本预设组成。其对基特勒媒介研究的奠基意义就在于,后诠释批评告别了对文本意义进行诠释的惯习,而将视线转向了那些让意义生产成为可能的外部性条件,而关注意义之外的媒介物,让诠释分析走向媒介的运作分析成为了可能,也为基特勒媒介理论中引入信息论创造了条件,然而后诠释批评将身体也视为是媒介技术所铭写的对象,这也为基特勒媒介理论中后人文主义思想埋下了伏笔。后诠释批评不仅为理解基特勒的思想演化提供了线索,也对当下传播或媒介研究转向“媒介本体”提供了一种可能性的路径。
Friedrich A.Kittler was not a media scholar early in his academic career,and his academic thought had undergone a media turn.Post-hermeneutic provided a clue for understanding this turn.Kittler destroyed the historical inevitability of hermeneutics and pointed out its'Tiniteness".On the basis of post-stnicturalism,Kittler established a research program for a post-hermeneutic criticism,post-hermeneutic criticism consists of three basic presuppositions:"exteriority","mediality"and"corporeality ".Its founding significance for Kittler's media research is that post-hermeneutic criticism bids farewell to the habit of interpreting the meaning of text,and turns its attention to the external conditions that make sense production possible,and focuses on the media outside the meaning,making it possible for the interpretation analysis to move towards the operational analysis of the media,and also created conditions for the introduction of information theory in Kittler's media theory.However,post-hermeneutic criticism regards the body as the object inscribed by media technology,which also laid the groundwork for the post-humanism in Kittler's media theory.Post-hermeneutic criticism not only provides a clue for understanding Kittler's thought evolution,hut also provides a possible path for the current communication or media research to turn to"media ontology".
