摘要
伺服系统是航空航天飞行器重要构成部分,是实现各种武器装备精准打击的执行机构,其性能影响着整个控制系统的控制品质。随着武器系统的飞速发展,未来伺服系统应具备高可靠性、高容错性、长航时等技术指标。传统的液压和电动伺服系统已在余度设计、容错控制方面取得一定的成果并在航空领域得到广泛应用。但远远不能满足未来高可靠、高性能飞行器的发展需求。简单介绍了传统的多余度液压伺服系统和多余度电动伺服系统的发展历史和研究现状,重点阐述了多相永磁容错电机的研究现状及应用。
Servo system is an important part of thespacecraft,and it is the actutor that achieves precision attack of various weaponsystems.Its performance affects the quality of entire control system.With the rapid development of weapon systems,Servo systems in the future should have high reliability,high fault tolerance,long endurance and so on.Traditional hydraulic and electric servo systems have achieved some success in redundancy design and fault-tolerant control,and are widely used in the industrial field.But it is far from meeting the development needs of high-reliability and high-performance aircraft in the future.The research review of redundant hydraulic servo system and electrical servo system are briefly introduced,and current research and application of multi-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor are for cased on.
