摘要
为了提高变电站设备协同检修能力,提出基于信息交互模式的变电站设备协同检修三维仿真模型,采用信息交互视觉重组方法,进行变电站设备协同检修过程中的图像特征信息采集,构建变电站设备协同检修三维特征提取模型,根据变电站设备协同检修三维图像采集结果处理信息融合,结合模板匹配技术进行变电站设备协同检修现场的故障诊断分析,建立故障检修的专家数据库,根据专家数据库的信息交互结果实现变电站设备协同检修三维仿真。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行变电站设备协同检修的三维视觉重构能力较好,具有很好的变电站设备协同检修效果。
In order to improve the ability of collaborative maintenance of substation equipment,a three-dimensional simulation model of collaborative maintenance of substation equipment based on information interaction mode is proposed.The method of information interaction visual reconstruction is used to collect the image feature information in the process of collaborative maintenance of substation equipment,and a three-dimensional feature extraction model of collaborative maintenance of substation equipment is constructed.Combined with the template matching technology,the fault diagnosis and analysis of the scene of the collaborative maintenance of the substation equipment are carried out.The expert database of the fault maintenance is established.According to the information interaction results of the expert database,the three-dimensional simulation of the collaborative maintenance of the substation equipment is realized.The simulation results show that the 3 D vision reconstruction ability of this method is better,and it has a good effect on the collaborative maintenance of substation equipment.
