摘要
在多仓库配送的情况下,现有的仓库智能定位方法无法定位出最优仓库,因此,设计一种基于物联网的自动化物流仓库智能识别方法。建立多层次的分析结构,结合关键因素分析通信物资供应需求,使仓储部门能够把握物资管理的整体方向,减少因忽略物资需求量而增加的运输成本,引入更适合物流仓库的RFID技术,制定特有的编码规则,提高数据信息流传输效率,利用卫星导航寻找最优运输路径,通过线性规划方程使仓库到需求点的运输成本最低,完成了基于互联网的自动化物流仓库智能识别方法的研究。通过实验结果表明,设计的方法识别到的仓库比原有方法识别到的仓库更优,验证了设计的方法的有效性。
In the case of multi warehouse distribution,the existing intelligent warehouse location method can not locate the optimal warehouse,so an intelligent identification method based on the Internet of things is designed.Establishing a multi-level analysis structure and analyzing the supply demand of communication materials in combination with key factors,the warehousing department can grasp the overall direction of material management,reduce the increased transportation cost due to neglecting the material demand,and RFID technology more suitable for logistics warehouse is introduced.Formulating special coding rules,improving the efficiency of data and information flow transmission,satellite navigation is used to find the optimal transportation path.Through the linear programming equation,the transportation cost from the warehouse to the demand point is minimized,and the research of intelligent identification method of automated logistics warehouse based on Internet is completed.The experimental results show that the warehouse identified by the design method is better than the warehouse identified by the original method,which verifies the effectiveness of the design method.
