变电站智能锁控系统开发研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于传统锁控系统在识别钥匙数据时经常会造成数据缺失,为了提高智能锁控系统中钥匙数据的识别数量,提出了变电站智能锁控系统开发研究。根据芯片的优点,设计了芯片的基本参数、主控板电路,基于锁控开发板的组成分析,设计了锁控开发板装置,完成了系统的硬件设计;选用数据最全的数据帧来解析,完成了智能锁控程序的设计,在有限精度限制下,设计了智能锁控序列算法,实现了变电站的智能锁控,完成了智能锁控系统的软件设计,实现了变电站智能锁控系统设计。测试结果显示,变电站智能锁控系统与变电站机械锁控系统相比,钥匙数据的识别效率提高了53.86%,开锁所用时间减少1.19 s。表明所述系统能够有效提高钥匙数据识别效率和工作效率,具有实际应用价值。 In order to improve the identification quantity of key data in the intelligent lock control system,the development of intelligent lock control system in substation is proposed.According to the advantages of the chip,the basic parameters of the chip and the main control board circuit are designed.Based on the analysis of the composition of the lock control development board,the lock control development board device is designed and the hardware design of the system is completed.The data frame with the most complete data is selected for analysis and the design of the intelligent lock control program is completed.Under the limitation of limited precision,the intelligent lock control sequence algorithm is designed to realize the intelligence of the substation Lock control.The software design of the intelligent lock control system is completed,and the design of the intelligent lock control system of the substation is realized.The test results show that the key data recognition efficiency of the intelligent lock control system is improved by 53.86% compared with the mechanical lock control system.It shows that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of key data recognition and has practical application value.
