基于数控机床的伺服电机机械张力自动化控制系统 被引量:2

Automatic control system of mechanical tension of servo motor based on nc machine tool

摘要 针对伺服电机机械张力自动化控制存在精确度低问题,设计基于数控机床的伺服电机机械张力自动化控制系统。硬件选择二级齿轮张力传感器,设置旋转扩充装置转速及其他参数,电压采集卡采用DAQ多功能数据采集卡,并对其端子针脚进行定义。软件设计中,根据系统模糊适应结构图制定数控机床的模糊控制规则,利用软件滤波对采集到的数据进行清洗,实现系统对张力的精准、快速控制。为验证所设计系统的应用性能,设计对比实验。实验结果表明,设计系统的控制均方差比传统系统小0.011 46,验证了该系统具有更高的控制精准度,且耗时更短,应用性能更好。 Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of servo motor mechanical tension automation control,a servo motor mechanical tension automation control system based on CNC machine tool is designed.The secondary gear tension sensor is selected as hardware, and other parameters of rotating expansion device speed pole are set. DAQ multi-function data acquisition card is used for voltage acquisition card, and its terminal pin is defined.In the software design,the fuzzy control rules of CNC machine tools are formulated according to the system’s fuzzy adaptive structure diagram,and the collected data are cleaned by software filtering,so as to realize the accurate and rapid control of the tension of the system.In order to verify the application performance of the designed system,a comparative experiment is designed.The experimental results show that the control mean square error of the system designed in this paper is 0.011 46 smaller than that of the traditional system.
