摘要
针对传统变电站施工安全测控巡检仪存在检测准确率偏低的问题,设计一个基于点云数据的变电站施工安全自动巡检仪。该巡检仪利用微处理器、数据采集器和无线通讯器构建监测模块。利用该模块对变电站施工现场进行实时信号监测。利用传感器将获得的监测信号放大处理。利用信号集结器检测信号完整度并连接振动检测仪传输信号,再将接收到的信号按照波幅和密集度划分风险等级,至此自动巡检仪设计完成。实验结果表明,与传统巡检仪相比,所提出的自动巡检仪风险检测准确率,比传统巡检仪高出6.4%。由此可见,所设计的自动巡检仪更能满足变电站施工安全的要求。
Aiming at the problem of low detection accuracy of traditional substation construction safety inspection instrument,an automatic inspection instrument for substation construction safety based on point cloud data is designed.The monitor is composed of microprocessor,data collector and wireless communicator to build the monitor module.The module is used to monitor the real-time signal of the substation construction site.The obtained monitoring signal is amplified and processed by the sensor.The signal aggregator is used to detect the signal integrity,and the vibration detector is connected to transmit the signal.Then the received signal is divided into risk levels according to the amplitude and intensity,and the design of the automatic inspection instrument is completed.The experimental results show that the risk detection accuracy of the proposed automatic inspection instrument is 6.4% higher than that of the traditional inspection instrument.It can be seen that the designed automatic patrol instrument can better meet the requirements of substation construction safety.
