摘要
针对传统的局部放电检测设备多以单一检测法为主,且存在体积较大、成本高、功耗大、检测准确性有限等问题,基于超声与紫外2种非电气局放检测技术,设计并实现了一种抗强电磁干扰的低成本、便携式、非接触式电力设备接头局部放电声光联合检测装置。同步采集局放伴随的超声和紫外光信号,通过紫外光脉冲个数判断局放频次,超声信号峰峰值、紫外光脉冲平均间隔判断放电强度,以此确定局放源的距离,同步提升局放近距离的检测精度与远距离的探测灵敏度,综合实现复杂电磁干扰环境下远距离、非接触、信息可靠、低成本的电力设备接头局部放电状态的实时动态检测。经实验验证,装置检测距离可达到10 m,远大于仅依赖超声传感器2.5 m的探测距离,这也是目前已经报道的非接触测式测量的最远距离。
The traditional partial discharge detection equipment is mainly based on single detection method,and has the problems of large volume,high cost,high power consumption and limited detection accuracy.Based on two kinds of non-electric partial discharge detection technology,ultrasound and ultraviolet,a low-cost,portable and non-contact acoustic-optical combined detection device for partial discharge of power equipment joints is designed and implemented,which has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference.It synchronously collects the ultrasonic and ultraviolet light signals accompanying the partial discharge,judges the frequency of the partial discharge by the number of ultraviolet light pulses,determines the discharge intensity by the peak-to-peak value of the ultrasonic signal and the average interval of the ultraviolet light pulse,thereby determining the distance of the PD source,which synchronously improves the detection accuracy of the partial discharge in short distance and the detection sensitivity in long distance,and the long-distance、non-contact、real-time and dynamic detection under complex electromagnetic interference environment is comprehensively realized,with reliable information and low cost.It has been verified by experiments that the detection distance of the device can reach 10 m,which is much larger than the detection distance of only 2.5 m depending on the ultrasonic sensor.To the best of our knowledge,this is the largest non-contact distance reported.
