摘要
分布式光伏的接入,改变了传统配电网的拓扑结构与潮流,并产生一系列新的问题与特点,使得传统配网的故障诊断方法无法适用于含分布式光伏的电力网络。针对该情况,提出基于Petri网原理的故障诊断方法,在系统正常运行状态下利用FTU上传数据确定网络拓扑结构,在故障状态下将故障定位锁定在包围分支节点的各FTU上,根据上传的故障电流信息,建立通用Petri网模型求解。该故障诊断方法在含分布式光伏配网发生单重或多重故障时均能准确定位故障区段,相较于现有故障诊断方法,在容错性、实用性和简易性方面有很大提升。
The access of distributed photovoltaic, changs the traditional distribution network topology and flow, and produces a series of new features and problems, power network fault diagnosis methods which are not suitable for the traditional distribution network with distributed photovoltaic. In view of this situation, a fault diagnosis method based on Petri net principle is proposed. In the normal operation state of the system, the FTU upload data is used to determine the network topology. In the fault state, the fault location is locked on the FTUs surrounding the branch nodes. According to the uploaded fault current information, a general Petri net model is established to solve the problem. The fault diagnosis method can accurately locate the occurrence of fault section of single or multiple faults in distribution network with distributed photovoltaic, compared with the existing method of fault diagnosis, there is great improvement in robustness, practicability and simplicity.
