冶金类传统工科专业大学生创新能力培养模式研究与实践

摘要 “新工科”背景下,安徽工业大学炼铁新技术团队在深入分析大学生创新能力的内涵和培养要求的基础上,积极探索人才培养新模式,通过创新人才选拔和培养、强调科研项目与科技竞赛有机融合和建立科技竞赛创新团队运行保障机制,构建了冶金类传统工科专业大学生创新培养模式,在大学生创新能力培养方面取得了丰硕成果,团队教师也通过指导大学生收获了诸多荣誉,形成了“教学相长”的良性循环。 Under the background of“new engineering”,based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation and training requirements of universitystudents’innovation ability,the new ironmaking technology team of Anhui University of Technology has actively explored the new mode of talent training.Through the selection and cultivation of innovative talents,the organic integration of scientific research projects and scientific and technological competitions,and the establishment of the operation guarantee mechanism of scientific and technological competition innovation team,the innovation training mode of traditional engineering students majoring in metallurgy has been constructed,which has achieved fruitful results in the cultivation of universitystudents’innovative ability.Team teachers have also gained many honors through guiding university students,forming a virtuous circle of“teaching and learning benefit each other”.
