摘要 民办高校在协同育人上存在上认识不足、体制机制不完善、平台建设不充分等问题。必须在课程思政理念指导下,构建多元协同的育人体制机制、资源保障机制和考核激励机制,进一步提高人才培养质量。 Private colleges and universities have insufficient understanding of collaborative education,imperfect system and mechanism,and inadequate platform construction.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a multi collaborative educational system mechanism,resource guarantee mechanism and assessment incentive mechanism under the guidance of integrating ideological and political education into curriculum,so as to further improve the quality of talent cultivation.
