民办高校大学生党员培育质量系统优化研究

A Study on the Optimization of Quality Management System for Cultivating Student Party Members in Private Colleges and Universities

质量管理系统是组织规范、层次逻辑清晰的运行体系。民办高校在学生党员培育的组织、工序、策划设计等方面均存在实质性质量偏离标准问题,影响了大学生党员质量培育的目标达成度。民办高校应优化大学生党员培育质量系统,在发展对象筛选上,注重考察学业成绩、志愿服务、平时表现、第二成绩、思政成绩等;组织发展上注重规范培养人队伍、支部设置;在发展过程中注重延长培育周期,设计表格式谈话提高质量和效率,通过答辩式入党培养党性修养。

Quality management system is an operation system with standard organization and clear hierarchy logic.There are substantive quality deviation problems in the organization,process,planning and design of the cultivation of student Party members in private colleges and universities,which affects the achievement of the cultivation quality of student Party members.Private colleges and universities should optimize the quality system for cultivating college student Party members.When selecting potential members of the Party,attention should be paid to the examination of academic achievements,voluntary service,daily performance,second grade,ideological and political achievements,etc.;In terms of organization development,standardizing the cultivation team and branch setting should be stressed;In the process of development,it is necessary to pay attention to extending the cultivation cycle,designing tabular conversation to improve the quality and efficiency,and joining the Party through oral presentation to cultivate the Party spirit.
