高校辅导员开展基层就业指导的创新模式研究

促进大学生基层就业有利于解决基层人才缺乏和高校毕业生就业难问题。辅导员在基层就业指导工作中可发挥重要作用,以职业指导课为载体,通过辅导员日常工作渗透,发挥其在大学生基层就业引导中的纽带作用,培养学生崇高理想和基本基层就业素质,同时提高辅导员在基层就业指导中的影响力和胜任力。

Promoting the employment of college students at the grass-roots level is conducive to solving the problem of lack of grass-roots talents and employment difficulties of college graduates.Counselors can play an important role in grassroots employment guidance.Taking vocational guidance course as the carrier,through the infiltration of counselors’daily work,they can play a bond role in college students’grassroots employment guidance,cultivate students’lofty ideals and basic employment quality,and improve their influence and competence in grassroots employment guidance.
