摘要
针对建筑施工成本控制难度大,易波动等问题,对工程造价的动态管理和控制技术进行了研究。首先介绍了工程造价动态控制的一般方法和基本原理,然后建立了项目施工过程管理的WBS模型,研究了全过程造价管理下的施工阶段工程造价动态控制的基本方法,并从度量基准确定、BCWP度量方法、ACWP核算方法等3个方面介绍了工程造价的动态控制与管理技术,最后介绍了施工阶段工程造价动态控制的策略。为建筑施工工程造价动态控制与管理提供了新思路和新方法。
The dynamic management and control technology of engineering cost were studied in view of the difficulty of controlling and volatility of engineering cost,In the first,the general methods and basic principles of the dynamic control of the engineering cost were introduced,then the WBS model of the project construction process management was established.The basic methods of the dynamic control of the engineering cost under the whole process cost management were studied,and the dynamic control and management technology of the engineering cost was introduced from three aspects:the determination of the measurement benchmark,the BCWP measurement method and the ACWP accounting method.Finally,the strategy of dynamic control of engineering cost in the construction phase was introduced.This study provides new ideas and methods for the dynamic control and management of engineering cost.
