火电厂基建安全风险分级控制和管理措施探讨

Discussion on Hierarchical Safety Risk Control and Management Measures of Thermal Power Plant Infrastructure

为了切实提升火电厂基建项目作业安全风险管控,本文针对火电厂基建项目参建单位多、安全风险点多且动态变化的管控难点,运用建设单位抓好顶层设计、加强组织保障、划分风险等级等方法,提出了全员、全过程、全方位的现场管控措施。为火电厂的基建安全提供参考。

In order to effectively improve the safety risk management and control of thermal power plant infrastructure projects,in view of the difficulties of more construct units,more safety risk point and more dynamic changes,this paper puts forward a series of whole staff,overall process and all-round onsite management and control measures through doing a good job of top-level design,strengthening organization guarantee and classifying risk grade.These measures can provide reference for the construction safety of thermal power plant.
