果蔬垃圾厌氧发酵资源化工程实例 被引量:7

摘要 嵩明废弃果蔬综合利用项目为全国首个规模化的果蔬垃圾处理项目。该项目采用“预处理+厌氧发酵+沼气提纯+沼液处理”工艺路线,于2017年9月正式投产。该项目设计处理规模为1200 t/d,日产沼气20000 m^3,缓解了嵩明县果蔬垃圾随意丢弃产生的地下水污染问题,同时可实现果蔬垃圾的资源化利用。本文对该项目案例的运行数据进行了研究,结果发现,果蔬垃圾厌氧发酵每吨产生沼气6.8 Nm^3左右,产气率仅为268.9 m^3/tVs,吨处理耗电13.3 kW·h(不进行污水处理)、38.0 kW·h(进行污水处理)。本项目工艺及运行条件的介绍将为未来果蔬垃圾资源化产业提供指导。 The Songming Waste Fruit and Vegetable Comprehensive Utilization Project is China's first large-scale fruit and vegetable waste treatment project.The project adopted the process route of"pretreatment+anaerobic fermentation+biogas purification+biogas slurry treatment"and was officially put into operation in September 2017.The project has a designed processing scale of 1200 t/d and a daily production of 20000 m^3 of biogas,which alleviates the groundwater pollution caused by the random disposal of fruit and vegetable waste in Songming County,and can realize the resource utilization of fruit and vegetable waste.This paper studied the operating data of this project case.The results found that the anaerobic fermentation of fruit and vegetable waste produced about 6.8 Nm^3 of biogas per ton,the gas production rate was only 268.9 m^3/tVs,and the electricity consumption per ton was 13.3 kW·h(without sewage treatment)and 38.0 kW·h(with sewage treatment).The introduction of the process and operating conditions of this project will provide guidance for the future fruit and vegetable waste recycling industry.
